What services does Cardiff Perfections offer?
We offer a full range of laundry services including service wash (wash, dry and fold), wash and iron, dry cleaning, duvets and bulky items, and alterations and repairs. Every garment is inspected before cleaning so the right method is used.
What are your opening hours?
Our collection and delivery service runs Monday to Saturday. You can place orders online any time, and choose your preferred collection slot during booking.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Cardiff and surrounding areas. Enter your postcode on the booking page to check instantly whether you are within our service area. A small service fee may apply in some locations, and it is always shown before you pay.
Orders & Booking
How do I place an order?
Browse our services, add the items you need, choose a collection date and time slot, then check out. You pay securely online with your card.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is £20. This helps us maintain a high-quality service and cover collection and delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp if you need to change or cancel an order. Once items have been collected and processing has begun, changes may not be possible.
How long does the turnaround take?
Turnaround depends on the service: a service wash is usually 1 day, wash and iron and bulky items around 2 days, and dry cleaning can take longer. The earliest delivery is calculated for you at booking based on the items you choose.
Collection & Delivery
How does collection and delivery work?
You choose a collection date and time slot at checkout. Our driver collects from your door, and once everything is cleaned we deliver it back to you in your chosen delivery slot.
Is collection and delivery free?
Collection and delivery are free across most Cardiff postcodes. In some areas a small service fee applies, and the exact amount is shown clearly during checkout before you pay.
What if I am not home for collection or delivery?
No problem. Leave your laundry bag in a safe place and add instructions during booking, and we can also leave your clean items in an agreed safe spot on delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use our Track Order page to follow your order status in real time, and we will keep you updated at each stage.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule up to 2 hours before your collection slot - just call or message us on WhatsApp.
Pricing & Payment
How much do your services cost?
Prices vary by service and item. You can see everything on the Services page. Service wash is priced by weight, while individual items like shirts, suits and dresses are priced per item. Dry cleaning and specialist items are confirmed after inspection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure card payment system, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is taken when you place your order, so there is no cash needed.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We run promotional codes from time to time, offer loyalty rewards for regular customers, and have subscription plans at a discounted rate.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Our subscription plans let you schedule regular laundry collections at a discounted rate. Choose a plan that suits your routine and never think about laundry again.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can manage your subscription from your account at any time - pause it for holidays or cancel it, with no hidden fees or long-term commitment.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
Subscribers enjoy discounted pricing, priority collection slots, and the convenience of automated scheduling.
Garment Care
How do you handle delicate or special items?
We inspect every garment before cleaning and follow the care label. If an item needs special care, let us know when you book so we can handle it appropriately.
What if my clothes are damaged during cleaning?
While extremely rare, if you believe an item has been damaged during cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and investigate.
Can you remove tough stains?
We have great success with many stains using professional-grade products and techniques. We always do our best, though some stains may not be fully removable depending on the fabric and how long they have set.
Do you clean wedding dresses?
Yes. We professionally clean wedding dresses using gentle techniques suited to delicate fabrics.
