Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, change your frequency, pause or cancel from your account - no fees and no notice period. Changes take effect from your next collection.
What if I'm away or want to skip a collection?
Just skip or pause that collection from your account before the cut-off and you won't be charged for it. Your schedule picks back up automatically.
Is there a minimum commitment?
None. Subscriptions roll on your chosen cycle and you can stop whenever you like.
What if my bag is over the weight limit?
We'll still take it and let you know. Anything over your bag allowance is charged at £3.50 per extra kg.
Do you provide laundry bags?
No, we don't provide laundry bags. You can leave your clothes in any bags you have available.
